APPROACH THIS FIRM WITH CAUTION
I never authorized this company to deduct but one payment!?!?!?!? WHY IS IT LEGAL FOR A CORPORATION TO EMBEZZLE AND OVERTLY SND UNAPOLOGETICLY STEAL FUNDS FROM ME, THE LITTLE GUY????
SO IF I PUT INC.
or LLC. AT THE END OF MY NAME DO I THEN GAIN THE ILL CONCEIVED NOTION TO BLATANTLY
STEAL FROM PEOPLE AS THESE GUYS DO ON A DAILY BASIS
Opt out
This really is Xlibris's fault but this company wasn't much help either. I appearently signed up for the ALC but what I was not told was that I would be billed for it each year a whooping CAN$210.
I didn't notice at first and when I did I was outraged! Xlibris had given them my credit card information so of course they had free reign. I never used their services because frankly I found it useless to me, so I was being charged for something I didnt want or use. When I explained that this was done without my knowledge did I get a refund?
Of course not, no refunds. So I feel as though I have been stolen from.
First Xlibris screws me over then ALC lands the finishing blow. I wish I had been told that it would be automatic.
Hmmm....Im trying to opt out from ALC and it seems very hard to get in contact with them. I have to call but they are so busy and when I was writing to them they didnt respond to my question about how to opt out....I just had to call if I had anything to discuss.
Frustrating of course and boring that I tried this out cause it doesnt give me much either.
Hope I can cancel my membership cause I dont want to pay them any more money.

This is a swindle. The company signs you up for resources only to call and continually attempt to sell...
In an attempt to cancel and discontinue a wasted $9.99 they fail to cancel and continue to charge then keep you online with numerous wasted attempts to con you into some kind of entrapping continuation. Stay far from them....
